The Current Black Creek Park There is a lot of fun stuff to do at the park! For more details information on each individual item check out the Activities page! There are 5 official trails at Black Creek, on average they are about 2 miles each. In addition there are 2 lodges that can rented out. There is also a playground that sits next a gazebo and pond. There are grills on site for cooking (straight metal no fuel included). In the recent years a boat launch was added on the North side of the park. The sledding hill in the park is located just south of the Woodside lodge which has easy access to parking!

History of Black Creek Park Black Creek is one of several parks maintained by Monroe County's Parks Department, the park is 1,505 acres and has always be beautiful. The park has been well maintained and been around for over 15 years. In the past 5 years several improvements have been made to the park which include bridges over rivers on the Red and Green trail, a boat launch (visible on the map) and a bridge near the pond created by Eagle Scouts. These improvements and the continued popularity of this park have allowed it to maintain its beauty as well as its functionality.
